Under Covid-19 restrictions, AQH transformed its management training component entirely into an on-line format whilst maintaining a high level of interactivity and frequent training events. The project has successfully launched training for 70 health managers from 12 municipalities in Kosovo since the start of the pandemic.
Increasing health management capacities on project municipalities, empowering managers to better respond to the COVID-19 crisis through improved planning of PHC services and health resource management represents the first two modules of training package that were delivered to date.
