On the second day of the workshop “Ethical and High-Quality Care for All”

delivered by Dr. Marius-Octavian Filip, a distinguished healthcare expert with a wealth of experience in developing healthcare standards and accreditation for providers, participants from institutions, health care sector, and civil society, continued to explore the notions of patient rights and responsibilities, health literacy, and the journey towards advancing patient engagement. The aim is to further the integrated care systems and enhance patient experience and health outcomes for all. The workshop is part of the activities preceding the three-day International Symposium on Non-Communicable Diseases that starts in Prishtina tomorrow.
