What makes a good manager? As managers, are we the only people that should make decisions? How can we create a good environment for our employees? And, how can we manage change effectively?
These are some of the questions that were brought at the 3rd session of Management Training by a 30 years experienced Manager in more than 20 countries, and the Team Leader of AQH Project, Debra Stevenson.
Part of this training were Directors of Main Family Medicine Center, and Directors of Directorate of Health and Social Welfare of 12 Municipalities of Kosovo.
