Doctors and patients discuss patient rights on health care

Patients Right Association in Kosovo organized round tables with Main Family Medicine Centers management, community leaders, patients, and citizens of Lipjan, Rahovec, Malishevë to discuss Patient Rights and how to manage their complains efficiently.

While patients requested their complaints to be treated seriously and to be handled by someone with sufficient authority, health professionals assured that the person responsible for complain management will answer to each letter received maximum on a range of 10 days.
