A central evaluation meeting with main stakeholders from service package Municipalities was held to present the findings from the first phase and to further strengthen the service package implementation. Two local consultants on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) presented the findings from the monitoring/coaching visits from first phase of service package implementation. The main stakeholders gave recommendations for strengthening the service package implementation in MFMCs and FMCs. The next steps are to meet with local group of experts to revise the implementation materials/tools based on recommendations and continuous site visits by AQH project in MFMC and FMC to oversee the proces
