A three day training session on principles of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) was delivered by a local expert on management of healthcare data. The content of the training was based on the M&E module of the AQH Management Training Programme. The training was delivered to 12 M&E focal points from project Municipalities and nurses who work in Health Resource Centers (HRCs) from 5 service package Municipalities. The first day of the training was focused on: definition of Monitoring and Evaluation, Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and importance of patient confidentiality and data privacy throughout data collection process. The second day of the training was focused on practical exercises of Microsoft Excel program where participants practiced in working groups. Whereas the third day was delivered only to staff from 5 service package municipalities on management of data related to implementation of service packages.
