AQH Team Leader, Debra Stevenson conducted a 2-day training on ‘Management, Leadership and Partnership in PHC’ to Directors of MFMC, DHSW and Master Trainers for PHC. This module examined the leadership and managerial roles that are undertaken by PHC managers and leaders and how they can build a successful team. It considered the main factors involved in strengthening partnership and collaboration among various actors and how to improve coordination between them. The module also underscored the importance of community participation in health management and the need to enhance it. This training is also accredited by the CME Board.
