The annual Pharmacy Conference in Kosovo had the theme of ‘Improving Medication Safety in Primary Care through Effective Communication in Pharmacy’. At the conference, the AQH Project shared insights on its work for managing non-communicable diseases in Primary Health Care. The conference, organized by the Faculty of Medicine’s Pharmacy department with support from AQH, provided international experiences on improving medication safety in primary health care.
