Following evaluation of the first round of Management Training, the second round of the training is being delivered for the 55 second level managers (28 female and 27 male) from the 12 project municipalities, including quality coordinators, heads of departments, head nurses, and heads of administration. Training is being delivered in three clusters: Prishtina cluster (Drenas, Obiliq, F. Kosova, Lipjan and Gracanica), Gjakova cluster (Gjakova, Junik, Malisheva and Rahovec), and Mitrovica cluster (Mitrovica, Vushtrri and Skenderaj). Training is taking place in in the family medicine training centers which are being refurbished by AQH project.
