During 5-8 November 2017, AQH project organized a joined activity with HAP Project in Albania to improve the quality management capacities of the PHC institutions in Kosovo and Albania. During the visit, the participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences on implementation of Peer Review activities on specific clinical issues between quality coordinators of 12 AQH Project municipalities and health professionals of two regions covered by the HAP Project. Also, the participants had the opportunity to learn about the settings of PHC service provision, urban and rural, in Dibër and Fier regions. Participants from Kosovo and Albania appreciated this joint activity and noted that the peer review process is very similar in Kosovo and Albania and represents an excellent opportunity for sharing positive experiences toward improvement of quality of PHC services
