We recently organized a meeting in Lipjan with participants from Shtimja, Hani i Elezit, and Kaçaniku. We had important discussions on budget planning for Health and Social Welfare, where Lipjan’s management shared their budget procedures and how they managed to allocate funds for activities to be co-financed and created with the AQH project. Participants also visited the Health Resource Center for chronic disease patients in Lipjan.
The event strengthened collaboration and identified next steps for better quality services for patients.
