Surrounded by mountains and green surfaces, a group of 65-year-olds are exercising together, following the advice of a trained nurse.
This activity is part of ‘Integrated Care’, a pilot project that AQH is implementing in two partner municipalities, Fushë Kosovë and Lipjan.
The 4-year phase of AQH (AQH III) began in January 2024 and is set to conclude in December 2027. This phase is open for collaboration with all municipalities in Kosovo, in close cooperation with the national institutions responsible for ensuring the quality of Primary Health Care services.
