Handling Patient Complaints: Strategies and best practices for effectively addressing patient concerns and grievances.Identifying Training Needs: Assessment of training requirements tailored to each municipality for enhanced council effectiveness.
The workshop foreseen next steps for planning additional patient councils in municipalities across Kosovo, as well as the activity timeline for councils already established.
