A key objective of the AQH Project in cooperation with Ministry of Health remains strengthening the competences and skills of Health Managers managing Primary Health Care (PHC) facilities and Directorate of Health and Social Welfare (DHSW) across all Kosovo municipalities.
On the occasion of the ceremony of certificate distribution for health managers who successfully completed training cycle for the past seven years, it was highlighted by PHC management that they see the quality management cycle as a guiding process for designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating quality improvement projects.
