The training offers valuable insights into understanding ISO 9001 implementation, essential quality management tools, and advanced auditing methodologies based on ISO standards. This session aims to standardize municipal efforts in improving services for the population.
The 4-year phase of AQH (AQH III) began in January 2024 and is set to conclude in December 2027. This phase is open for collaboration with all municipalities in Kosovo, in close cooperation with the national institutions responsible for ensuring the quality of Primary Health Care services.
