100 years after the discovery of insulin, millions of people with diabetes around the world cannot access the care they need. With the COVID-19 pandemic, this part of the society together with the service providers have encountered even greater difficulties.How can we better support people with diabetes? Can we improve patient care using diabetes technologies? These were some of the topics that were raised today at the round table organized by AQH – with panelists from the National Diabetes Association in Kosovo, a diabetic patient sharing patient perspective and endocrinologist doctors.
