Dr. Manfred Zahorka from Swiss TPH provided a 2-day training to help PHC managers design Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) for implementation in their Municipalities. This was a continuation of the Quality Management Training already provided by Dr. Zahorka earlier this year. Following this most recent training the managers were supported by Project Implementation Unit (PIU) to develop their project.
