During 27-29 October 2016, AQH project organized a 3-day training on Project Cycle Management (PCM) for PRAK delivered by Dr. Driton Ukmata. The training sessions consisted on: why PCM is important; understanding the European Donor approach to PCM; how Logical Framework Approach fits with PCM; and the purpose and the process of the Programming and Identification Phases of PCM. These trainings were a basis for strengthening PRAKs capacities to further develop project proposals.
