In order to promote the Ministry of Health patient’s complaints telephone hotline, AQH agreed to support the Patient’s Rights Division to organize a series of round table meetings in different locations across Kosovo. The meetings were held in Gjakova, Mitrovica, Skenderaj and Fushë Kosova and participants comprised health representatives and community members. During the meetings the MoH provided information about the complaints procedure and described how the telephone hotline works and this was followed by interactive discussion with the participants where the MoH received feedback about the complaints procedures. The events were reported by local media and a total of 129 people participated in the four events.
