During May-June 2017, a Rapid Assessment of the capacities of service package facilities was conducted by 2 national consultants. This assessment used the WHO PEN Questionnaire, which was adjusted to Kosovo context and outlined the capacities of 39 primary healthcare centres in four municipalities (Gjakova, Malisheva, Mitrovica and Vushtrri) on prevention and control of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs).
