An international expert, Paula Valentine from Save the Children UK, has continued to work with AQH to develop a Social Behavioural Change (SBC) Strategy for the project. The strategy looks at the interface between HE/HP and service packages, and identifies specific HE/HP activities that will support implementation of service packages.
