As a part of the implementation of quality management tools, AQH organized two training sessions in March and May 2017 for managers of MFMC in Obiliq and Lipjan. Additionally, 3 coaching sessions were held from October up to December to facilitate quality improvement of the health services in those two municipalities through continuous mentoring for implementing quality improvement projects (QIPs). As result of this, both MFMCs were agreed to implement actual action plans and to finish the list of processes for all functions within medical centers. At the end of the coaching sessions, both municipalities presented their quality projects (Obiliq 4 projects and Lipjan 3 projects) in December at AQH office.
