Training with the international expert on implementation of Geriatric Assessment tool was delivered to doctors, nurses and social workers. Throughout the training, the Geriatric Assessment tool was pre-tested with two patients to secure the content of the tool by the patients.
The 4-year phase of AQH (AQH III) began in January 2024 and is set to conclude in December 2027. This phase is open for collaboration with all municipalities in Kosovo, in close cooperation with the national institutions responsible for ensuring the quality of Primary Health Care services.
