Two local consultants are contracted to conduct periodic monitoring and coaching visits in 5 Main Family Medicine Centres (MFMCs) and Health Resource Centres (HRCs) from service package municipalities to ensure reliability of data and to closely monitor the health data management. Periodic coaching and monitoring visits during (June-September 2018) are being done to ensure reliability of data in Health Resource Centers. The monitoring tool is used during monitoring and coaching visits to record the progress of specific tasks of the M&E focal persons and nurses in HRCs.
