We had the opportunity to hear from our AQH colleagues and partner municipalities, who presented on a range of important topics. These included a gender perspective on our health projects and the latest data on Integrated Care intervention.Supported by AQH and IHS Project, the conference brought together doctors, nurses, and health professionals. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge and best practices, all centered around this year’s theme of Integrated HealthCare Services of Family Medicine.
