To evaluate the quality of services of Primary Health Care (PHC) in all Kosovo municipalities, SDC will support Ministry of Health in conducting a thorough assessment on this matter. The study shall serve as an important basis for orienting future investments in the health sector by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo as well as the donor community.
Representatives from all Kosovo municipalities agreed on the importance of an independent, evidence-based assessment from which they will understand better the needs and priorities they will concentrate on working on, in order to improve the quality of care provided to the citizens of Kosovo.
SDC project Accessible Quality Healthcare is active since 2016, and is continuously working on stimulating the use of quality primary health care services by all Kosovo citizens.
