AQH III will firmly embed project achievements into more than half of all municipalities, creating a strong network of peers with substantial implementation experience, and sufficient critical mass to drive further multiplication of project achievements nationwide, facilitated by the ‘On Demand’ mechanism that is made available during this final phase.
