Between June and September 2017, AQH contracted two local experts to mentor Quality Coordinators from 12 project municipalities in implementing Clinical Audit on the use and proper completion of the medical records. After completion of the audits in all 12 project municipalities, AQH organized a round table with the key stakeholders with the following objectives:
- To present findings of the clinical audit on the use of medical records within the 12 municipalities supported by the AQH project
- To identify and discuss potential causes of the poor level of use of the medical records
- To make recommendations for the improvement
