AQH Project together with the Association of Patient’s Rights in Kosovo (PRAK) initiated roundtable discussions on Municipal Patient’s Councils with representatives from the Ministry of Health, Directorates of Health and Social Welfare and Civil society within project partner municipalities.
The Status of the Main Family Medicine Centers (MFMCs) drafted by the Ministry of Health requires to involve one member of the Patient’s Council in the Board of Directors of MFMCs. Thus, during three roundtable discussions held in Fushe Kosova, Mitrovica and Peja all relevant partners discussed on how to establish Municipal Patient’s Council, its function and competencies.
