AQH Project together with stakeholders from Primary Health Care and National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo attended the 21st International Conference on Integrated Care entitled ‘Realising the true value of Integrated Care’. The virtual conference organized by International Foundation for Integrated Care will run across the whole month of May gathering experts from all around the world.
During the plenary session of 10th May 2021, AQH team supported by Swiss TPH experts presented the theme ‘Phone assessment in view of telemedicine approach for management of NCD patients’ aim to share experiences on adapting the health services for chronic patients during COVID-19 pandemic.
