4th Day of Heart Failure Awareness Day, organized by Kosovo Society of Cardiology and supported by AQH was dedicated to Climbing in Via Ferrata, Rugova, Kosovo.

Being active and moving more are key to having a healthy heart. Even taking a brisk walk for 30 minutes a day can make a big difference.

Whatever type of activity you choose to do, the more you move the better.
